Advertising is often over looked in real estate. Most Realtors do not spend the money required to advertise properties properly. When selling a home you need to have total exposure to the market place. If this is not achieved, you can spend a lot of unnecessary time on the market, which could end up hurting you emotionally as well as financially. I have found that total exposure to the market is the key to selling your home quicker and at a higher price.
